Supported Artists
A big part of loving artists is supporting artists.
We can do this in general by being part of artists’ lives, offering to serve in practical ways, offering up our prayers for artists and the issues they face, attending and putting on shows and more. To a limited extent, we can also build a special relationship with artists we call “supported artists”.
Supported artists are special in that iloveartists has agreed to support them with extra help and attention for a period of time, usually to help these artists get to the next level on their artistic journey. This support may include promotion of the artist, design of a website or promotional materials, photography of the artist and their work, financial help towards materials or training, providing the artists with a venue to display their work, and more. Just because we support an artist does not mean they share our spiritual beliefs, or that we even agree on everything. It means that we love them as people first and, because of that, we want to support their visions and dreams.
Here are artists that iloveartists is currently supporting in this special way. We really believe in them and what they are pursuing, and we think you should too. Attend their shows! Buy their work! Throw large sacks of cash at their feet! Or just tell them you think they do a great job. What artist doesn’t need a little encouragement sometimes?

Teardrop James
Teardrop James, a good friend of iloveartists, is a man not only with a passion for photography, but for photographers as well. He is one of the more humble artists I’ve met, investing much of his time learning from, and learning with, other photographers in a bi-weekly Photography Group over the past couple of years. Iloveartists currently supports Teardrop James with website hosting and assistance. www.teardropjames.com
